DRUGS
July 2, 2023 – At 1 am, Officer Adam Rihacek was patrolling the area of 200 First Street. The officer observed William Brown, 58, from Lakewood, NJ, and Monique Guion, 39, from Lakewood NJ, conduct a drug transaction. The two were arrested, and Guion was charged with Possession With Intent to Use, Obstruction, and Resisting. Brown was charged with Obstruction.

Sgt. Tyler Distefano; Officers Julian Guzman, Richard Uriarte, Daniel Hourigan, Christopher Johnson, and Jacob Matthews assisted in the investigation.

WANTED PERSON
July 3, 2023 – Officer Jacob Matthews responded to the area of William Street for a motor vehicle crash. The driver Angel Quinones, 35, from Lakewood NJ, was arrested for an active warrant. Quinones was brought into headquarters and processed.

DRUGS

July 2, 2023 – At 3 pm – Officer Jacob Matthews responded to 200 Street for a suspicious male at New Jersey Transit. Devine Mercado, 28, from Toms River NJ was arrested and charged with Disorderly and Manufacture CDS.

Officers Derek McAvoy, Bryan Rodriguez, and Paul Mcmillan assisted in the investigation.
