WANTED PERSON
September 20, 2024, Sean Capper responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in a handicapped parking without the appropriate handicap tag. The officers had dispatch run the vehicle’s license plate and advised the owner had an out-of-town warrant. The officers confirmed the driver was the owner, Joshua Williams, 22, from Neptune, N.J. He was subsequently arrested and given summonses for Parked in a Disabled Space, and Establishment of Handicapped Parking.

Officers Sean Capper, Richard Uriarte, Michael Sheehan, and Julian Guzman assisted in the investigation.

DWI
September 20, 2024, Officer Leonardo Shimonovich was conducting a school security check when he observed a vehicle with a motor vehicle violation in the roadway traveling eastbound on E. County Line Rd. The officer conducted a motor vehicle traffic stop on Joe Parker Rd and Brookfield Dr. Miguel ALmazoguzman, 33, from Lakewood, N.J. was arrested for DWI. He was charged with Careless Driving and other related offenses.

Sgt. Sherry Jones, officers Ryan Dancey, and Richard Uriarte assisted in the investigation.

MVA/WANTED PERSON
September 21, 2024, Officer Sean Capper responded to a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, dispatch confirmed that one of the individuals involved, Pablo Tlapaamaro, 35, of Toms River, N.J., had an active county warrant. Tlapaamaro was subsequently arrested.

DWI
September 21, 2024, Officer Gregory Cannon responded to a report of a male sleeping in the driver’s seat with the vehicle running in the roadway near Pine Street. The officers made contact with the driver, Diego Arcoslandazuri, 25, from Lakewood, N.J., and he was arrested for driving while intoxicated (DWI). He was charged with Reckless Driving and other related offenses.

Officers Anthony Prisco, Julian Guzman, Leonardo Shimonovich, and William Bowers assisted in the investigation.

SHOPLIFTING
September 23, 2024, Officers Alexander Lopez, and Brandon Giuliano responded to a Shoplifting incident at Best Liquors. The officers met the clerk and showed the suspect’s surveillance video footage. The suspect left the scene before officers’ arrival. Later that evening, Officers conducted an area check of the railroad tracks and came across a male who matched the suspect seen in the video. Robert Jenkins, 56, Manchester, N.J. was arrested and charged with Shoplifting.

Officers Robert Meyer Jr., and Conner Woods assisted in the investigation.
