August 13, 2023, At 10 am, Officer Rodale Ingram was dispatched to the area of Pine Street for a single car crash into a home. Gerardo Salomon, 32, from Lakewood, NJ was arrested for DWI. He was charged with the following: DWI, Careless Driving, Reckless Driving, Unlicensed Driver, and Open Alcoholic Beverage.

Officers Mark Gibson, Willie Cuzco Michael Livingston, and Jose Rivera assisted in the investigation.

DRUGS
August 14, 2023, At 8:30 p.m., Officer Connor Woods spotted a suspicious unoccupied vehicle at Madison Avenue’s parking lot. Upon seeing Nina Mason, 51, from Lakewood, NJ, entering and exiting the vehicle with a passenger, Officer Connor recognized her from past incidents. Shortly after, an anonymous source called 911 to report the same vehicle driving erratically. Both Nina Mason and the passenger Aryonna Berkebile,18, from Lakewood, NJ, were arrested for Possession of Narcotic and Drug Paraphernalia.

Officers Robert Meyer, JR., and Bryan Rodriguez assisted in the investigation.

SHOPLIFTING
August 17, 2023, At 7 p.m., Officer Felix Rivera was dispatched to WaWa on East. County Line Rd., for a shoplifter. Gloria Ethridge, 62, from Lakewood, NJ, was arrested and charged with the following: Shoplifting.
Sergeant Andrew Solomon, Officers Gary Weaver, Leonardo Shimonovich, and Anthony Amoroso assisted in the investigation.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
August 18, 2023, At 7 p.m., Officer Leonardo Shimonovich was dispatched to the Jersey Transit Bus Station to assist an intoxicated man who had fallen. Lakewood EMS was also called to the scene to treat William Turner, 49, from Toms River, NJ. Turner assaulted the first responder and was transported to the hospital for treatment. He was subsequently arrested for the assault and charged with aggravated assault.

Officers Joseph Mandelbaum, Matthew McAvoy, Derek McAvoy, and Bryan Rodriguez assisted in the investigation.

DWI
August 19, 2023, At 10:30 p.m., Officer Joseph Prebish was patrolling in the area on Route 9 and Cross Street when he observed a careless driver in the roadway. Glenin Tinoco-Lara, 34, from Lakewood, NJ was arrested for DWI. He was charged with the following: DWI, and Driving while suspended.
Officers Anthony D’Angelo, and Byran Rodriguez assisted in the investigation.
