DWI

July 22, 2023 – At 9:30 pm, Officers Christopher Johnson and Anthony Amoroso were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash in the area of River Avenue. Cruz Ramirez-Pastrana, 37, from Lakewood, NJ was arrested for DWI. He was charged with the following: Driving under the influence, Unlicensed Driver, Reckless Driving, and Careless Driving.

Officers Paul McMillan, Kyle Seehausen, and Dawry Desangles assisted in the investigation.

DISORDERLY

July 24, 2023 – At 10 pm, A person called for help after being pursued by an unidentified man wielding a rock. Officer Jacob Matthews was sent to handle the situation. Kyle Wavershak-Koehler, a 24-year-old resident of Lakewood, NJ, was taken into custody for Disorderly conduct and was sent for a Pess Evaluation at Monmouth Medical Southern Campus.

Officers Felix Rivera, Richard Uriarte, Jeffrey Emmons, and Daniel Umlauf assisted in the investigation.
