It was this day Officer William Preslar was killed in an early morning crash, when his cruiser wrapped around a tree, killing him instantly. The accident occurred on Lakewood New Egypt Road and Gudz Road at approximately 4:15 a.m. This evening, a few off duty officers took their time off, to pay tribute and spend some time at the site where one of their own, tragically perished. From left to right : Officer Lenny Nieves, Officer Cris Matloz, friend of Cris, Officer Steve Kowaleski, Officer Jose Marrero and Officer Eric Menck.
