Lakewood Police PBA Local 71 will be holding its seventh annual Winter Coat Drive that will benefit local homeless and less fortunate residents.
The event this year, in conjunction with the Soup Kitchen, will be taking place at 12 Noon next Friday, December 9, at Red Square (Town Square).
If you have gently worn winter coats and jackets you’re looking to get rid of, you can bring them to the Lakewood Police Department (231 Third Street) 24 hours a day, and they will be distributed to the needy.
For more information, you can contact the PBA Local 71 President Marc Zrebiec, or the PBA State Liaison Sean Ward at 732-364-0071.

Do you know if they need Childrens coats?
Rb,
Thank you for your post! We are currently accepting donations of any and all coats, there are plenty of needy people here in Lakewood and we will not turn any donation away.
