The Lakewood Township Municipal Utilities Authority will be conducting their annual flushing of water mains commencing Monday, March 13, 2017 and continuing through (approximately) the end of May 2017.

Customers may experience some discoloration of the water. Should this occur, run your cold water later in the day until it clears. You may also notice a temporary decrease in water pressure during this period. If you are planning to replace your water filter, wait until after the Authority has finished flushing.

“We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding,” the MUA said.
