Mr Mayor. Please tell me when the Vermont Ave section between Chestnut St. and Rt. 70 will open to traffic. I had read it was going to be in the Spring. But no, still closed.

As soon as the state supplies the final permits, we are ready to bid this out. It has been extremely frustrating to all of us.
