Question:

Hi as someone who lives near pine park we often walk there in the afternoon or on the weekends. It take a long time to get into the park through walking since it is gated and the only open entrance is all the way down country club and through the entrance. I was wondering if there is a way to make a safe entrance by opening up a gate on County line or keeping one of the locked gates open. Some of the gates are far enough away from the playground that it would still be safe.

Public Works is pricing out a pedestrian gate that will allow access to the park.
