Hi! This is already my second time emailing regarding the beautiful new playground put in at the Oak st school. The sign clearly says it is open to the public when school is not in session. However more often than not the playground is locked. I am talking about weekends and evenings. This is inexcusable to me and the rest of our neighborhood. Please let us know who can we reach out to to rectify this situation asap.

Response from Mayor Coles:

We are trying to find out why the Board of Ed changed the lock for this playground. Normally, the police open it during the day & lock it after hours. I hope it will be resolved in the next day or so.
