With all due respect Mr. Mayor, Most Citizens are more concerned with ensuring that this person is not turning downtown into a homeless encampment, than they are in getting them ”the assistance they need”.
I feel terrible for this person, but chances are the help the gov’t can give him won’t amount to much, and they will be back on the streets pretty soon.
What is the plan to prevent that from happening??
