[COMMUNICATED] Lakewood Immediate Care welcomes Amerigroup Insurance as its preferred NJ FamilyCare health insurance plan.

Amerigroup representatives will be available at Lakewood Immediate care 1700 Madison Ave TODAY from 10am to 4pm to assist and provide any information you may need regarding NJ FamilyCare and Amerigroup’s benefits.  For more information call 732-987-6151

There will also be a free health screening at Lakewood Immediate care all day TODAY, 10am-5pm for adults and children ages 4 and up.
