Lakewood Home Damaged in Fire [PHOTOS]

A Lakewood home was damaged in a fire this afternoon.

The fire broke out at the James Street home shortly after 4:00 PM.

Upon arrival, emergency personnel found smoke billowing from the home and the siding of the home in flames.

Firefighters managed to extinguish the fire before it did further damage.

The cause of the fire is being investigated.

Drove past it before the firetrucks got there, saw the neighbors bring out there hoses to help extinguish the flames

Is that a grill next to the house? If it is, why do people grill that close to a house that has flammable plastic siding? When the siding is burned like that, about 99% of the time it is from grilling next to the house.
