This coming Shabbos, Chof Daled Tamuz, is the Yartzeit of Harav Yaakov Yosef, ZT”L, the Rav HaKollel of New York. Harav Yaakov Yosef was the only Chief Rabbi of New York. Davening at his kever is a proven method to be “Poel Yeshuos”, according to ‘Kesher’.
Each year, on the Yartziet of Harav Yaakov Yosef, ZT”L, Rabbi Ari Spiegel leads a group from Lakewood to the Kever in the Union Field cemetery in Cypress Hills, NY.
At the cemetery, Rabbi Spiegel distributes a special edition of the Kol Yaakov on Rav Yaakov Yosef. Rabbi Spiegel speaks at the tzion, says Kaddish, recites the Keil Molaih and Davens for the many singles that need shidduchim, mentioning each name individually.
This year, Rabbi Spiegel will be leading a group on Sunday, July 15th, to the Rav Hakollel’s Kever, in the late afternoon.
“Many singles have been helped in the past by the Segulah of davening at the Kever”, says Kesher.
Kesher of Lakewood is offering anyone who would like to avail themselves of this segulah, to please submit names of singles to the Kesher office by Friday morning, July 13th. Names can be emailed in to [email protected].
Thank you to the tzadik Meyer Brull Lakewood Shadchan for all he does.
Is there a phone # to call if I need a ride to go?
Kol hakovod to Kesher for providing this opportunity!!!
I personally know of singles that were Mispallel at the Kever on the Yortzeit & saw a yeshua!
To #2: There was an ad in the Hamodia about a bus from the Satmar Bais Medrash.

Please verify your facts before posting them. R’ Yaakov Yosef was not the only chief rabbi of New York! Ask R’ Ari Speigel ang he’ll inform you! He probably can write an entire post on this issue.
