Lakewood Gets About 2 Inches Of Snow Overnight, 6 Inches Expected This Evening

Lakewood got about two inches of snow overnight and it’s still coming down, but there’s more to come tonight. The National Weather Forecast is predicting between 4-8 inches for tonight, with precipitation heavy at times. A Winter storm warning is in effect until 4a.m. Thursday morning.

It was actally not overnight. Started around 6 a.m.

Lakewood has no issues with school buses during snow as the BOE has a helicopter to pick up and drop off all school children during snow storms.
