We were all terrified to hear of the terrible tragedies that have befallen our Acheinu Bnei Yisroel on what was supposed to be one of the happiest days of the year on a magnitude not seen in decades.
Tens of thousands of families who have Baruch Hashem not been directly affected by tragedy, but had their lives disrupted and due to the ongoing war and lockdown. Parents, breadwinners, and children are all stuck at home facing unprecedented challenges, without access to basic necessities.
As Yidden we all feel both the pain and responsibility to help our brothers in Eretz Yisroel. As we sit here in Lakewood while we’re all davening, learning and generating Zchusim, we agonize over what else can I do for my brothers and sisters affected.
Lakewood for Acheinu Bnei Yisroel and its team of devoted volunteers on the ground in Eretz Yisroel have stepped up and are actively packaging boxes right now containing food, toys, and other basic necessities for these families. Please join us so we can send more and more of these boxes to families affected, bringing them the comfort to know that Lakewood is with Acheinu Bnei Yisroel wherever they are.
DONATE NOW and together we can make the difference in a fellow Yid’s life. Every donation counts!
Is there a drop off or an address to send a donation to? We are tagged up on our computer and cannot access the link to donate.
I would love to donate to this cause, but Is there any rabbinical or other endorsement of this fundraiser? How do I know this is legit?
