Lakewood Express Bus Breaks Down On Parkway Entrance – Blocks Ramp For Over Two Hours

UPDATED: A Lakewood Express bus broke down on a Garden State Parkway entrance ramp late Wednesday evening, blocking the ramp for over two hours. The bus, operated by Monsey Trails – and formerly Lake Charter – was en-route from New York when it broke down on the entrance ramp from the 440 Expressway in Woodbridge at about 10:00 PM.

The disabled bus is causing delays on the 440 and completely blocking the one way ramp.

As of 12:25 AM, the ramp was still blocked, according to 511.

It’s unknown if the passengers were transferred yet to another bus. TLS-MK.

UPDATE 1AM. The ramp has been cleared.
