Lakewood DPW Adds New Online Option For Residents To Report Issues

The Lakewood Public Works Department has introduced a new online method for residents to submit their concerns, allowing the department to respond in a more efficient and timely manner.

Users can scan the QR code or access this link and will then be prompted to create an account with a name and email address.

Once an issue has been submitted, it will automatically be converted to a work request for the Department of Public Works.

The old app will be longer be operational.

It should be noted that the app will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but the DPW is open Monday through Friday7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and will only respond during work hours.

The Department can still be reached by phone at 732-905-3405.

  1. A few issues with this site….

Nobody will remember the web address.

When you make a request for bulk pickup, it doesn’t tell you when to put out the pickup items.
