Multiple AT&T Wireless customers in Lakewood are complaining about service issues the last couple days.
Customers tell us they’re are having issues in the area of Route 88, Ridge Avenue, New Hampshire and Cedarbridge Avenues, and the Industrial Park.

I too have been having connection issues with at&t service. I’ve loved their service for 15 years. but the last month has been horrendous in lakewood, especially area of Hope rd. I called, went to store, got new SIM, all to no avail.

basically, unless i am on wifi my emails will not work, its as if i have no service in this area at all.
There’s a stretch on sqankum where its never been good. Usually it does not disconnect but you just can’t hear anything. I’ve gotten used to it and I always just tell the person I’m talking to that if it stops to just stay on the phone do not hang up
It’s going on for months. And getting worse.
There’s no service anywhere in Lakewood ! If there is it’s one bar it’s so annoying …….. It’s funny though out of Lakewood seems to be perfect, saying that I have 5 bars usually
I don’t have any at&t service ever at industrial park. I’ve been working there over a year. I can only use my phone through WiFi. I kept thinking this was a temporary issue but it’s not. Deciding now what company to switch to.
It’s been this way for several months If it continues I may have to switch carriers
It would be great if you wouldn’t keep blocking at&t’s internet ip from your site
its been 2 months at least we are having these issue from perfect service to hardly any on Madison and Forest Ave and Carey St. 80% of missed calls non registered that go directly to voice mail we are a family with 5 users and are already looking for a serious and reliable alternative as nothing seemed to work
