L.E.A.D. Fest Carnival Going on Now in Howell

The annual L.E.A.D. Fest is going on now at the Xscape Theatre in Howell, until May 11.

The organization, Law Enforcement Against Drugs, raises funds to help law enforcement fight drugs and violence.
