[COMMUNICATED] Good news for those looking to take advantage of a partnership with a Torah scholar: Kupas Yom Tov just brought the opportunity right to your fingertips with the launch of their new website. With the ease and convenience of this new initiative, anyone can now harness the power of the largest makom Torah in America, Beis Medrash Govoha (BMG) and the surrounding kollelim of Lakewood.
Kupas Yom Tov was founded close to three years ago to assist the choshuve bnei Torah of Lakewood with their Yom Tov needs. While the majority of these families can support themselves by living simply throughout the year, the substantial funds required to make even a basic Yom Tov are beyond the means of many.
For the Lakewood community at large, the Kupas Yom Tov campaign has provided a chance to connect on a meaningful level with these esteemed yungerleit, and to garner zechusim by sharing in the Yom Tov preparations with a Kollel family. This year, with the launch of their new website, the opportunity has expanded to Yidden around the world.
With Pesach just around the corner, start your Yom Tov preparations with an action that will last well beyond your favorite roast. Sponsor a Lakewood kollel family and enter Yom Tov with the knowledge that you are celebrating with a ben Torah partner of the highest caliber.
Sponsor Yom Tov for a kollel family or give whatever you can and provide true simchas Yom Tov while supporting Torah. Visit KupasYomTov.org to learn more about this remarkable opportunity.
Kupas Yom Tov was founded le’iyluy nishmas R’ Shlomo Zalman Rosengarten Zt”l and Hayeled Eli A”H son of R’ Shabsi Raitzik shli”a. For more info, you can call our 24-Hour hotline 732-334-0050 or email [email protected]
Just wondering what resources are the working former yungeleit who are struggling to make ends meet before Pesach.
Great idea. You can start the campaign for them. I am sure a lot of people will be glad to help. Baruch Hashem the Kupah for the Yungeleit in Yeshiva seems to be a very nice thing and a beautiful way of being Machzik Torah. All you need is just a few people who are lemaise ready to DO for the Klal.
