  1. I am not sure I got a chance to thank Rabbi Statman, and his taleneted band. His music made our simcha special. He is a wonderful example of a man with talents above and beyond what should humanly be possible, yet his anivus is a wonderful example to us all. His heilige music is a refreshing alternative to the electronic sounds that have compromised the integrity of what we consider jewish music. He plays Yiddishe music that feeds our souls, rather than our hips. His dedication to his craft should ulimately be repaid tenfold. He represents a person that does not go against what he believes in, simply to make an easy dollar. We hope he returns to perform in Lakewood again soon. We can always use a nice dose of integrity.
