Your rav needs to be consulted as some poskim might hold that 1) since Terra Chips is in itself a snack which is not oleh al shulchan melachom, although it is used as an ingredient in dishes which might be considered oleh al shulchan melachim , being an ingredient of such does not require bishul yisroel(cnt’d)

2) the process of preparing the terra chips also needs verification if bishul yisroel is required as it might not be considered cooking.
1) Not clear if this is considered oleh al shulchan melachim which is a prerequisite of the requirement of bishul yisroel.
Since Terra Chips is a snack and might only be an additive to a dish which is oleh al shulchan melachim perhaps it does not require bishul yisroel.
