Keser Kavod – a non-profit Tzedaka organization which raises money toward hairpieces for men and children with hair loss conditions and illnesses – is once again arranging a midweek Spa Retreat for women. For several years now, Keser Kavod has been arranging a midweek Spa Retreat for women who want to relax, recharge, and rejuvenate.
“The women return home with renewed koach to continue giving of themselves to their jobs and families”, says the organizers.
The upcoming retreat will be held at the Dolce Seaview Resort in Galloway, NJ next week, from Monday to Wednesday, November 8th – 10th. The program includes fully catered meals, and a busy itinerary.
If you, or someone you know, could use a “getaway”, you call Estee at 908-907-2828 or Rivky at 732-278-8627 for more details.
Likewise, if you know anyone that could R”L use Keser Kavod’s services, please contact them.
All proceeds go to the Keser Kavod Tzedah organization.
Was at this hotel with IM Greenwald, nice place, beautiful grounds, nice large guest rooms.
Spa is Elizabeth Arden Red Door- very upscale, very worthwhile.
Kudos to the great organization skills and great input from these two “Chusheve” ladies..
They really work hard to coordinate all the details and make sure everything is taken care of!!
They really make a difference in these peoples lives!!
I personally have spoken to people that have been on the getaway and have heard that they had the time of their life!! (Maybe because they left their husband’s at home : ) – just kidding
wow ! this is great. I can really use a vacation. Does anyone know if this is a nice program ? Thanx
my sister-in-law and friends went to last years event. they said it was great, great food, inspirational, relaxing and the best part is they knew they were also helping a tzedakah. what else could you ask for
I’m sorry to say this but if you really need a vacation go on one but please don’t turn going on vacation for women/mothers into a need…
Dear Comment 6,
There was once a donkey that worked great and hard. She worked so well that she never even had to be fed. Then one day the donkey died. Shefala you sound like you need a break.
its not turning vacation into a need it always was a need but now ppl are actually letting you get that need but its a shame can’t figure out a way to make it cheaper for the ppl who can’t afford vacation to be able to get out as well
can someone please post more information about the program, prices….
can i use my 2-3 day vacation from donating my car to oorah here?
when are they making one for men?
Go Rivky and Estee! Great idea from all angles. Tizku Lemitzvos.
This tzedakah is amazing. I have a friend whose son has a skin disease which makes his hair fall out. He’s only 14 yrs old, w/ no hair. A decent hairpiece for a boy costs over $500. Keser Kavod paid for the whole thing plus they had a professional barber cut & style the piece, AND THE PAYOS, to the exact specs of the boy. Estee & Rivky, u do an amazing job. Keep Going. Tizku L’mitzvos.
unless #6 is a woman with 4 or more children your comment is worthless
My friends went with them to the hudson valley resort and they told me they had the time of their life and it was worth every penny and I also heard that Mrs. Reich is one of the best speakers in the tri state area and when my friends came back they were in such a good mood
Hatzlacha Rabba I hope u guys get a lot of women
