JUST IN: RWJUH New Brunswick now temporarily bans ALL visitors, including birthing partners, to Labor and Delivery, Postpartum and Neonatal Intensive Care Units

The following is a statement from RWJUH:

“At this time, no visitors including birthing partners and support persons are permitted for patients on our Labor and Delivery, Postpartum and Neonatal Intensive Care Units. We recognize that this this change will be difficult for our patients and their loved ones, but we believe it is an important and necessary step to promote the safety of our new mothers and children, as well as our staff who care for them.”
