7. the yeshiva used to be a sfardi yeshiva rabbi dicker took it over last year after succoth the yeahiva used to be in pittsburg wat was illegal was the fact they barged in without any permission and without a warrant and they just started to go into peoples room while and taking pictures

9. The yeshiva was kicked out of the building for no reason and we will have to take care that such a thing should NEVER NEVER happen again in Lakewood and all over where bocherim and kollel chevra learn. Its a big chutzpa
   And it will not be tolerated
   And I know rabbi dicker personally and the only thing he has in mind is to have a yeshiva with bocherim and kollol chevra steiging away learning with a geshmack and seeing how sweet and enjoyable the torah really is and he would never do such a thing as they said except if he didn’t know,and I’m telling you that if he knew he would have takin care of it right away not to make such a bitul torah and there was no search warren for the building they just came in and made them self at home which Is even a bigger chutzpa

   I want to thank the rosh ha’yeshiva for having such a yeshiva for erlicha and choshiva bocherim to show them where the sweetness and enjoyment is in learing hakodosh boruch hu’s torah.

   I just want to wish reb aron,that he should have hatzlacha raba on each and every bocher and he should be marbitz torah in kalall yisroel without such distractions

10. Wow I though this was an old dilapitated building . From the pictures it looks like a pretty new structure . I doubt it is unsafe . If they had permit issues ,youdont just barge in without warning .

11. the truth is though if we just take the little effort to do it the derech hayoshor (which it can be done) we wouldn’t have to go thru this and the chillul hashem it causes. It’s unfortunate that the attitude is yeh its b’seder it’s not a prob and somehow we find out the hard way it is. This is not the only incident going on there are plenty others and there are plenty soinai yisroel around looking to make issue. It’s definitely kdai to go thru the little effort to do it correctly.

12. if it was a permit issue then yes u need to leave the building so it can be inspected for u a a dormitory etc. its no different then driving a car without a permit. the officer stops you a nd tell u to get out of the vehicle

13. It looks like a residential house to me. Did it have approvals or a permit to be used as a yeshiva and dormitory? There are laws for yeshivas to protect the students against harm so maybe it wasn’t safe to use as a school but only a residence. You can’t blame the officials for doing their jobs and protecting the safety of students if there were no approvals or was being used against regulations

14. THE BUILDING HAS NO WORKING FIRE DETECTORS OR A SPRINKLER SYSTEM, WAS OVER CROWDED AND DID NOT HAVE A CHANGE OF USE FROM A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE TO A MULTI FAMILY…NO QUESTION ITS CURRENTLY ILLEGAL, MY HOPE IS THAT IS IS MADE RIGHT AND WILL BE BACK IN USE
