A person was found dead in Lakewood’s Red Square this afternoon, TLS has learned.
Police say the body was located inside a porta potty in the square around 12:00 PM.
The man is believed to be a homeless resident, one of the many who frequent the downtown Lakewood square.
An investigation is underway.

where is Lakewood Red square?
In Moscow. Adjacent to the Kremlin.
Anywhere where Democrats congregate with illegals
Imagine all the Lakewood construction, restaurants, and absolutely everything in lakewood without those people? If they all suddenly disappeared it would look apocalyptic.
Next thing you’re going to tell me about Lakewood’s Kremlin.
It’s really Town Square. Some people think it’s cute to call it Red Square.
Making jokes and someone has passed. Not cool. Homeless or not they are still a human being.
You are most definitely correct. Making jokes at this time is wrong and insensitive
I do want to point out that the jokes were not directed at or at the expense of the person that passed but rather centered around the name of the location
Still out of place, but not quite as bad
Thank you for your comment reminding us all to be a little more human
There’s actually a porta potty in the center of downtown? Sounds like San Francisco to me.
It gets extremely hot in portable bathrooms. Until there is evidence of something else, that is probably the cause of death.
How did he die?
If someone passed away in the heart of Lakewood and don’t forget years ago that
Area
was the only business district, I am wondering can this be a message for all of us?
Is Hashem trying to hint to us something?
Also the weather last night almost a tornado
Zero visibility
Was that some kind of a message?
Please show some respect. A human being has passed. May he rest in peace
I noticed that there were homeless people sleeping on the streets on Clifton avenue.
It isn’t Mercy to let them do that and it isn’t right. We are text to near death. I’m sure there are plenty of resources to offer or we can offer them to leave if they don’t feel like living decently. And I don’t say this is a heartless person.
I noticed that when a person is in dire need of help there are actually no funds or ways of getting help to live decently. But sleeping on the street that’s okay.
It should be illegal and there should be a way to get help.
I worked in Manhattan and I saw what happens to a city when it’s allowed and it is not a mercy. It is a crime to every single person.
The homeless and the residents.
