What and where.
It states clearly where it happened
Average 2 “vehicle turn overs” a day in Lakewood; that’s 600 “turn overs” a year. If every “turn over” will have a 2 minute video clip the video of “turn overs” for each year in Lakewood will be 12 hours long.
Lakewood Roads when they’re not a traffic jam they’re a race track with the race car drivers busy with the cell phones.
Whenever I drive home from Brooklyn at night in Staten Island and Central Jersey Italians race past me at 100 mph, but they have sports cars designed for that, they’re good drivers and they’re off their cell phones.
How about apple turnovers instead of vehicle turnovers? Sounds like a plan?
