Lightning Strike knocks out power for hundreds in Lakewood

Hundreds n Lakewood are without power this afternoon after a lightning struck in Lakewood, JCP&L officials said.

According to JCP&L’s chart, nearly 800 are without power after the lightning struck in the South Lake Drive area.

Crews have responded and are expected to make repairs shortly – possibly within the hour.

power went out in Westgate for about 10 min. around 4:30
