JUST IN: Chopper Requested for Patient Ejected in GSP Rollover Accident

At least one person has been seriously injured in a rollover accident on the Garden State Parkway.

The accident happened approximately 2:30 PM in the northbound lanes in the area of mile marker 112.

State police on scene have confirmed they have one patient with a serious head injury – reportedly from been ejected from the vehicle.

A chopper has been requested for the medevac, and is landing in the PNC arts center.

Expect heavy delays in the area for the investigation.
