Lakewood Board of Education member Chaim Rosenblatt has resigned from the Board effective immediately, officials tell TLS.

Rosenblatt, who joined the Board in January 2014, submitted his resignation today, citing a move from the district as the reason for his leave, officials say.

Earlier this year, Yoni Silver resigned from the Board, and his position was filled by Tracy Tift last night.

The Board will now have 65 days to seek a replacement for Rosenblatt, officials said.
