JUST IN: Attempted abduction in Lakewood

Police are investigating and attempted abduction in Lakewood which occurred moments ago, TLS has learned.

The mother of the young teen says her son was walking near a shul, when a man standing near an open car, grabbed her son and attempted to drag him into the vehicle.

The young teen managed to yank himself away from the suspect and ran off.

The suspect is described as a black male.

Police are searching for the suspect.
