July 4 Traffic To Begin Today, Millions Expected To Travel GSP

gsp_traffic_tls_picIf you’re planning on traveling this Shabbos, be advised that the 4th of July traffic begins today. According to authorities, today and Friday are expected to be the heaviest traveling days, with about 1.5 million vehicles traveling on the Garden State Parkway each day.

In total, close to 10 million vehicles are expected to travel on the GSP from now until July 5. So plan accordingly.

  1. Any recommendations if I am coming from Monsey to Lakewood tomorrow, for Shabbos, what is the best way to go? Of course I will leave extra early…….but I don’t like sitting in traffic!
