  1. A- Yes this is a tzedaka fundraiser to help keep the Kollel running and help initiate parnassah assistance.

B- This money is a direct venue to the continuence of torah learning and supporting parnassah assistance in one one shot

C- While giving Tzedaka, the hard working nashim tzidkaniyos will get to enjoy two hours of fresh air to re-energize and give them a boost!

Make sure to treat your hard working wives!

  2. Do any of you read the articles posted?

“All proceeds will be going directly to support the Learn & Network Kollel.”

    Last line of the article.

  3. Lakwdr – ladies aren’t allowed to get out for enjoyment? the only way they can get out is for tzedaka? I think if it doesn’t say that it’s for tzedaka people are not going to come so quickly, but you shouldn’t be condemning women for doing something for themselves.

  4. Seh pahst nisht! May as well call it the Womens Rights Cruise.

Oiy America has completely destroyed Klal Yisroel.

Women belong in the ‘Shtuub’, not in the ‘gahss’!

  5. I don’t know if out on the water is called a “Shtuub”

Even if it’s not for tzeddaka, I don’t see what’s so bad about a mini break to refresh body and soul, but, since some proceeds go for tzeddaka, it’s even better. (I wonder how much actually goes to tzeddaka though, the boat and the food have got to cost something – can we get a breakdown?)

I personally am not going but, I’m all for it, maybe next time….

  6. Its not all going to tzedaka, its going to the boat and the food and the entertainment. Can’t you find a better way without spending so much money.
Are grown women still in camp, that they need a kumsets?
For helping people out of work, $75.00 is alot of money for the average person.

  7. omigosh, people, lighten up! this isn’t a philosophical debate, this is a blog! what’re we supposed to do on a blog, write “wow, what a beautiful idea”?

  8. Boat doesn’t cost as much as you’d think (its not exactly a yacht…) and food and entertainment was sponsored (I was the entertainment at the men’s one 2 weeks ago)
