9 northbound skipped the light. 9th street westbound traveled without headlights.

Guy is driving a tesla
Red Lights seem to be only a suggestion to some drivers , and stop signs the same
There was no problems and nothing illegal…
And that car was not a tesla
who said anything about a Tesla and nothing illegal? he ran through a red light!!!
Another infraction was stopping for the red light in the crosswalk.
What I noticed as well is that the light was going to change in 12 seconds. Is 12 seconds the value you put on someones life or possibly yours.
