2. The police have the license plate number and vehicle owner info. Would suggest the driver contacts the Lakewood scoop to get in touch so no charges are pressed.

   • Why wouldn’t you want charges to be “pressed”? The hit and run driver badly needs a lesson to curb such outrageously reckless driver.

   • Driver left the scene of a crash after illegally passing cars on the right. And you want NO charges pressed.
     I don’t care who it is, PRESS CHARGES. I see this kind of driving all through Lakewood and it occurs because nothing is ever done about it.

3. If this guy is smart he would turn himself in before the police catch him and put him in jail

4. Watch the other moron in the silver SUV try to get in on the action by jumping into the shoulder at the end. In any case, the guy is toast. No more license, no more insurance, out a lot of money to boot, Quarantine time.

5. It’s drivers like these that Lakewood roads are unsafe. SMH

6. Looks like a lot of money worth of damage (front bumper and side panel) could be a big lawsuit.

7. Doesn’t pay to rush in traffic. Now the guy will have to pay for damages and a hit & run ticket.

8. Confirmed- police have identified the driver/car owner.
   Strongly advise the driver to turn himself in or try to make it right with the car he hit. You do not want to get arrested for this…

12. He’s driving on the shoulder. I wonder if that’s a ticket of its own. That’s a pricey bill for trying to get through traffic quick to save just a sec. Bumper/ side panel ,hit and run ticket, driving on the shoulder ticket. Yikes!!!!

13. They have the plate number but the driver can not be identified as the vehicle had closed tinted windows and everything happened so quickly, anyone could have been driving that vehicle and the vehicles owner will definitely lie about it; and if the driver is identified or admits since there were no injuries he will get nothing more than 2 tickets, leaving the scene of an accident and maybe one more violation.

14. Same vehicle was seen tailgating cars on massachusetts night before. This driver is a liability and needs to be stopped before someone gets hurt. Please be on the lookout and if you see him make a citizens arrest.,
