Last week, TLS reported about the issues Lakewood AT&T users are having with their service.
Users claim they have been unable to place calls indoors, and calls keep dropping.
TLS today spoke with a representative in the technical department, who stated there are approximately eight damaged towers in the Lakewood area – possibly caused by weather.
As a result, traffic is being routed to the operational towers, causing congestion on those towers.
The company expects to have the towers repaired by October 21, the representative said.
Try paying your bill by sometime next month, see where that gets you.

I have spoken to them almost every other day since I’ve been having this issue 2 weeks ago . They were very nice over the phone They gave me updates that it will be fixed the next day or the alike

And they did tell me to call back when service is back to normal to get a credit for the days the service wasn’t normal
