So why the sudden bad service in Lakewood?
Verizon’s Public Relations Manager tells TLS it appears to be due to upgrades currently being done in the area.
“We have been working on hardware upgrades at a local cell site that may have impacted capacity for some users this week,” Weissman says. “We anticipate the work to be completed before the weekend.”
He added, “The upgrades are part of our ongoing effort to improve coverage and capacity on our 4G LTE network in the Lakewood area.”

AT&T might have better service
@joe call 611 and tell them you should be reimbursed, they will do it (did it for me twice).
The service has been terrible for over a month already yet they state “this week”.
I have found my att service lousy lately too. Maybe we can get some updates on them too?!
