Helicopter Patrol To Inspect JCP&L Power Lines 

Jersey Central Power & Light (JCP&L) will perform aerial inspections of its overhead power lines in Monmouth and Ocean Counties tomorrow, July 10, an official tells TLS. 

During the inspections performed by Haverfield Corporation, customers may notice a helicopter hovering in the vicinity of various substations and power lines.

  2. When JCP&L was a NJ company not part of a large out of state money machine trees were trimmed on a regular basis. We had less power outages and the street lights were fixed in a timely fashion. They use to have a trouble truck on the road every night in Lakewood and their job was to fix or report street lights and to handle any emergencies that might arise.
