PHOTOS: The heavy rain in Lakewood has caused some severe flooding in parts of town today. Motorists should use caution at intersections and should not attempt to drive through heavily flooded roads.
A flood advisory is in effect for Ocean County until 2:30 PM.

If certain streets are known to be flood prone, why isn’t the drainage fixed in those areas? (I guess it’s all about money)

looking at the pictures it looks like the people who can’t drive in clear weather are driving through the floods
