HAZMAT was called a short time ago after Police found a man found covered in a white substance. Authorities fearing it may be Anthrax, called for the Fire Department, who in turn alerted the Hazmat team, due to a language barrier. The substance was determined to be non-hazardous prior to the arrival of the Hazmat team-which was cancelled. TLS-89/TLS-60
