Hatzolah’s Paramedics will be heading to San Francisco, California tomorrow for an EMS Conference, sources tell TLS. The four day conference – spearheaded by Dr. Peltz, a Hatzolah Volunteer and renowned ER Physician – was initiated in an effort to advance the team’s medical career and training. Most of Hatzolah’s Paramedics will be attending the conference, including some of whom have just completed their Paramedic course.
The trip expenses were paid for by the Paramedics themselves, and not by Hatzolah.
Hatzolah currently has 10 Paramedics on the team, which includes two Doctors.
Paramedics go through an advanced two-year course, which consists of over 1,000 hours of class and hospital training. TLS.

We Appreciate Your Services And Hope To Never Need Them.
I hope Scannell doesn’t pull them over on their way…………
He should pull over anyone who breaks the law and puts others at risk.
if your referring to the MVA on new hampshire ave., that was on saturday.. just 1 mile from pine st. where the lakewood EMS is located, so lkwd ems was closer to respond to the call.
Well Piney thank goodness Brick was able to help Lkwd e.m.s. who was so close.
Um….who is covering for them?
Brick was called in because 75% of the lakewood volunteer ems is shomer shabbos, and they are not required to go on calls on shabbos. Have fun on your trip!
looks like LFA will be covering.
