Hatzolah Member’s Vehicle Burglarized At Scene Of A Call

A Hatzolah member’s vehicle was burglarized at the scene of a call on Shabbos, the member confirms to TLS. At about 3AM this morning, the veteran Hatzolah Paramedic responded to a call at the Lakewood Courtyard, and was driven home by the Shabbos Goy.

When arriving back at the Courtyard about 20 minutes later, Stevy the Shabbos Goy was shocked to find the driver’s door window shattered by a rock. The GPS was stolen.

“I was in shock”, Stevy tells TLS. “Luckily only the GPS was stolenĀ and not the equipment”, Stevy says.

Stevy immediately phoned police and filed a police report. TLS-16/TLS-24

  2. alright already with the slum lords -it’s getting as old as all the crimes. if people don’t get it by now, they never will.

  3. Unbeknownst to many, Stevie and his family are ones to be truly thanked for anyone who has ever needed Hatzoloh on Shabbos or Y”T. they are on call non-stop sometimes going days without rest so that we all can be safe. Thank you and may you continue to carry on the legacy of your dad in good health and happiness!

  4. for someone to stop what there doing to drive someone they don’t even know to the hospital is really extreme and steve and his family do it all the time. people should be thankful that they are here to help us.
i personnal have needed to be taken to the hospital with a newborn on shabbas and steve picked me up and took me home he was so nice and friendly. it was a much better experience going with him then with the taxi service that took me home from the hospital the day before.
thank you steve and family for your service to us all

  5. I had a similar occurrence about four months ago. Window smashed and GPS stolen. I recently read of someone else that had a similar robbery in that general area. Sounds like the work of a serial window smasher /GPS thief. I wonder if the LPD can use their new expensive computer program to help track down this thief.
