  1. maybe we can do it in yeshiva so people can push to try to get a glimpse instead of doing it in the baseball field where theres more parking & everyone can see if they build a platform

  2. “Mattis says: does the subject matter? Just to see him is to see the Shechina!”

What type of apikorsis is this? The Shechina? Do you have any idea what you are talking about.

  3. lets hope he tells all jewish people to join together, stop the infighting and accept everyone as brothers and sisters. As is stated in genesis, we were all created in the image of g-d, so we are all connected in a way that is more powerful than any other force. It is time to stop isolating each other in our own factions and cliques, and bring all jews together as one. Amen

  4. “Kol Hamikabel Pnei Rabo K’ilu Mikabel Pnei Hashechina.”

This does not mean anything like what Matis said. This speaks to how one should perceive the chashivus of being mekabel pnai rabbo, not that seeing his rebbe is seeing the shchina c”v. Amazing how people can make comments without any thought whatsoever into the words that they are writing.

  5. I think it was VERY unfair how the “schedule” was given over to the “community”. Initially they said he was gonna be speaking at BMG,later the location was SEEMINGLY changed. In reality it never changed. In fact the Gadol spoke for roughly 30 min in Yeshiva and under one minute at 9th street. So is there one even for the yeshiva and another for the “community”?? This was very upsetting to many people at 9th street.

  6. It was truly unfair and possibly deceptive. They probably didn’t want everyone flooding Yeshiva which can be understood. Why however couldn’t we ALL be one just for one day?! Why couldn’t the yeshiva come to the field as well? That way we all could have heard his ENTIRE message. Unless the rest of the community is unworthy of hearing the same message.

  7. TLS Editor:
Why did you withhold the fact that R’ Steinman was going to be speaking for 30 minutes in Yeshiva?!? After all most of us used to be in BMG. Are we not allowed there anymore? Only for the Kollel event?
