  1. please dont distort the letter. it is clearly saying not to travel out of town exluding young couples from going to there parents in locally

  2. That’s a good point. But he may have meant Lakewood as well. He’s discussing the Toronto aspect but I think he meant kids in Lakewood shouldn’t go to their parents in Lakewood, either.
