Grocery shopping was an activity, full of all the exotic ingredients that only Yom Tov cooking brings. But now it’s over, and its back to plain old shopping for regular, routine groceries, and life is settling back down…but not at Gourmet Glatt, where everything is anything but routine.

Introducing Health Month @ Gourmet Glatt, our innovative way to make healthy eating exciting. Who said said eating right is boring?

We believe in the old adage, “Eat good feel good.” What better way to eat good than during health month, when our weekly specials are designed to help you feel good? We will be having healthy specials throughout the month in order to help you introduce a new wholesome way of eating, approved by nutritionist ‘Healthstyle’ Naomi Katz. Each week of Health Month there will be an entire selection of sale items and specials on low calorie, nutritious ingredients waiting to introduce themselves to your kitchen. From whole wheat pastas and crackers, to low fat Norman’s yogurts, and even some guilty pleasures you didn’t even know could be part of a healthy lifestyle, such as Steinberg’s sugar free mini muffins, or even Gefen’s extra light olive oil- it’s all about moderation!

That’s not all the exciting news that Health Month @ Gourmet Glatt brings. Special guest personal kosher “Chef Ruth will be joining us, along with Naomi Katz, nutritionist, to give a cooking demo on how to prepare delicious and nutritious meals the whole family will love. (Stay tuned for details.)
