A GoFundMe page has been launched to cover funeral costs for the young man struck and killed by a vehicle early yesterday morning on Route 9 in Howell.
“The decedent’s father has serviced the Lakewood community for years,” said the reader who notified us about the fundraiser.
May this tragedy bring to light the fact that wearing dark colors at night with no reflective belts is dangerous. May this man Rest In Peace and may we all take time to think how hard it is for drivers to see us dressed all in black at night. Don’t be a statistic.
