Cards will ONLY be given out by patrol officers in a MARKED police car. No private citizens whatsoever will be giving out these cards. 1. Please make sure the officers visit all neighborhoods in Lakewood. We waited all summer last year and were very disappointed! Please don’t forget us in the Park/Dewey area! Thanks.

  2. It sounds like you are missing the point it is not about free Ice cream for kids. It is about rewarding the kids who wear their bicycle helmets and promoting safety for the children of Lakewood Township.

    Please remember that
