Emergency personnel are on scene of a gas leak on East Fifth Street, police say.
The gas leak is apparently due to a line being struck by a construction crew.
Police and the Fire Department have shut down the area to traffic, causing heavy delays in the area.
There are no reports of evacuations at this time.
Avoid the area.
