2. Biden as was Biden, who always makes a fool out of himself publicly. He showed his disrespect by interrupting his opponent constently and his childish behavior with his snickering and his laughing, smiling and his smerking at his opponent. It surly didn’t impress anyone except the librerls.

3. My opinion: Biden was snide, constantly laughing at Ryan as though he was below him, a young, ignorant shnook. Ryan, however, stayed cool, calm, and collected and did not allow Biden to rile him up. I would rather see him dealing with international statesmen than Biden. As far as the issues, it was a matter of “he said, he said.” It all depends on whom you choose to believe. They both expressed themselves well.
